These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MarketMoxie, a product of Grow Help Connect LLC ("MarketMoxie," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using MarketMoxie, you agree to these Terms.
MarketMoxie is intended for use by licensed real estate agents and brokers ("Agents") to create and share listing performance reports with their clients. Buyers, sellers, and other visitors interact with the public and private pages we generate but do not need an account.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — including listing details, pricing, financial estimates, and any contact information you provide for showing feedback requests — and for keeping your login credentials secure. You represent that you have the right to use any photos, video, or content you upload.
You agree not to use MarketMoxie to send unsolicited messages to people who haven't agreed to be contacted about a specific showing or open house, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to misrepresent listing or financial information to a seller or buyer.
The MoxieScore, price-scenario, and net-proceeds figures shown in MarketMoxie are estimates based on data an Agent enters — they are not appraisals, guarantees, or professional financial advice. Sellers should confirm final figures with their agent, closing attorney, or accountant before making decisions.
If you connect an Instagram or Facebook Business account, you authorize us to access post-level data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms.
You may stop using MarketMoxie and request account deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
MarketMoxie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Help Connect LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
