MarketMoxie ("MarketMoxie," "we," "us") is operated by Grow Help Connect LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to real estate agents who use MarketMoxie ("Agents"), the sellers and buyers who view listing pages we generate ("Visitors"), and anyone who submits feedback about a showing or open house.
Account information. When an Agent signs up, we collect their name, brokerage name, phone number, email address, website, license number, and an optional headshot photo.
Listing information. Agents provide property details, pricing, photos, video and 3D-tour links, and marketing copy for each listing they create.
Visitor and lead information. When someone requests information or schedules a tour on a public listing page, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message they submit.
Showing and feedback information. When an Agent logs a private showing or open house, they may provide a contact's name and phone number so we can request feedback on their behalf. If that contact submits feedback, we collect their name, phone number, star rating, and written comments.
Financial estimate inputs. Agents may enter figures such as loan payoff amount, commission percentage, closing costs, and concessions to power the net-proceeds calculator shown to their seller. These figures are estimates entered by the Agent, not verified financial records.
Social media information (where connected). If an Agent chooses to connect an Instagram or Facebook Business account, we access post-level data from that account — captions, view counts, like counts, and share counts for posts about their listings — so it can be displayed back to the Agent and their seller in one place. We only request the minimum permissions needed for this purpose, we do not access private messages or personal (non-Business) accounts, and we only access data for accounts an Agent has explicitly authorized through Meta's login flow.
We use the information above to operate the Seller Hub and public listing pages, generate performance reports for Agents and their sellers, send the SMS/MMS and email notifications described below, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
With an Agent's input, we send SMS/MMS messages to buyer's agents and open-house visitors requesting feedback on a specific showing, and we send email/SMS summaries to Agents and their sellers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future messages from that conversation.
We use the following providers to operate MarketMoxie, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS/MMS delivery), Google Maps (property location display), and, where an Agent connects their account, Meta Platforms (Instagram/Facebook post data).
We retain information for as long as an Agent's account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions for how. We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days.
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
MarketMoxie is intended for licensed real estate professionals and adults engaging with real estate listings. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
