You can request that we delete your personal information from MarketMoxie at any time — this includes account information, listing data, submitted feedback, and any Instagram/Facebook data associated with a connected account.
Email privacy@marketmoxie.net from the email address associated with your account (or, if you don't have an account, the email or phone number we hold for you) and let us know you'd like your data deleted. Include enough detail — your name, listing address, or phone number — for us to locate the right records.
We'll confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion within 30 days. Where we're legally required to retain certain records (for example, transaction or financial records subject to real estate recordkeeping rules), we'll retain only what's required and delete the rest.
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook Business account to MarketMoxie, you can revoke access at any time from your Meta account's Business Integrations settings, in addition to emailing us to request deletion of the data we've already synced.
